DIRECTIONS

Place all ingredients for the chocolate layers in a food processor and process on high until a thick liquid consistency is reached. Add more water if necessary until a thick but pourable consistency is reached.

Using a 12-cup silicone nonstick muffin pan, pour in the first layer of chocolate, completely coating the bottom to about ½ inch. Then place in the freezer to set for about 30 minutes. Keep the remaining chocolate mix warm.

In a small saucepan over medium heat, warm the nut butter and cacao butter until melted.

Add the nut butter mix and all remaining ingredients to a food processor and process until fully mixed, pausing to scrape down the sides as necessary. Add more water slowly, if needed, until a thick but pourable liquid consistency is reached.

Pour the middle butter later on the first layer of chocolate, about ½ inch, then place back into the freezer for an hour or so until set.

After an hour, warm the remainng chocolate mix if needed to return it to a pourable consistency. Then evenly pour the rest of the chocolate layer to the top of the cups to cover the middle layer.

Top with goji berries, cacao nibs, goldenberries, mulberries and cacao butter shavings. Then place back in the freezer to completely set overnight.
