Berrylicious Smoothie Blend Recipe
When you need a little more zip in your day‚ try this berry delicious smoothie blend!
INGREDIENTS1/4 cup Navitas Organics Goji Berries 2 Tbsp Navitas Organics Maqui Powder 1 Tbsp Navitas Organics Acai Powder 2 Tbsp Navitas Organics Hemp Seeds 1 cup Water (for soaking Goji Berries) 1 cup plain Yogurt, Kefir or Coconut Milk 1 frozen Banana (cut into chunks before freezing) 1 cup Ice 3 Dates, pitted |
DIRECTIONSSoak Goji Berries in 1 cup of water to hydrate, about 5 to 10 minutes. Drain the berries and add to a blender. Add the remaining ingredients and blend on high until well combined. Pour into a serving glass, top with Hemp Seeds and enjoy! Makes 1 Serving |
