Berry Melon Slushie Recipe

This extra refreshing alcohol-free slushie great way to cool down‚ while energizing UP. Make sure to work quickly while preparing it—and serve right away—to enjoy the frostiest treat possible!

INGREDIENTS

1 tsp Lemon Juice
1 Tbsp Agave Nectar, or liquid sweetener of choice
1 tsp Navitas Naturlas Maqui Powder
4 Mint Leaves, plus more for garnish
3 cups Frozen Seedless Watermelon Cubes*
1 cup Frozen Strawberries

DIRECTIONS

In a food processor, combine the lemon juice, agave, maqui powder, 4 mint leaves, and watermelon. Process into a slush. Add the frozen strawberries, and process briefly once more until frosty. Transfer to serving bowls or glasses, and serve with a mint garnish.

*To make frozen watermelon: Cut the watermelon into a manageable section, and slice away the peel. Cut the flesh into 1-inch cubes, and place in a sealable container. Freeze overnight or until frozen though.
