Acai Overnight Oats Recipe

Is it hard for you to find time to eat a good breakfast in the morning? If your answer is yes, then this breakfast meal prep is for you! These antioxidant-rich, energizing overnight oats are the perfect way to ensure you eat a tasty, nutritious and wholesome breakfast to help you power through your morning.

INGREDIENTS

½ cup oats

1 cup plant-based milk or water

2 Tbsp. nut butter

1 Tbsp. ground flaxseed

1 Tbsp. Navitas Organics Acai Powder

1 Tbsp. Navitas Organics Cacao+ Antioxidant Blend

1 tsp. Navitas Organics Chia Seeds

Toppings:

Coconut yogurt

Fresh fruit

Navitas Organics Goji Berries

Unsweetened coconut flakes

Honey

DIRECTIONS

Place oats, plant-based milk or water, nut butter, flaxseeds, acai powder, Cacao+ Antioxidant Blend, and chia seeds in airtight container. Stir until well combined.

Place a lid on top and refrigerate overnight to let set.

In the morning, add your desired toppings and enjoy immediately!
