Ingredients
- 2 large bananas, very ripe
¼ cup coconut sugar or organic cane sugar
- ½ cup peanut butter, plus 2 Tbsp. for topping

¼ cup Navitas Organics Cacao Powder
- 1 cup quick oats
- ½ tsp. sea salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 350˚F.
- In a bowl, combine bananas, coconut sugar and peanut butter. Beat until well combined and a wet batter has formed.
- Add cacao powder, oats and salt to the batter. Mix until well combined and then scoop dough onto an ungreased baking sheet.
- Gently flatten each cookie slightly with a fork and bake for 12-15 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let cool completely before serving with a drizzle of peanut butter over each cookie.
