It’s hard to believe that summer is coming to a close! Between the family vacations, holidays and calendars being jam packed with all the summer activities, it feels like it’s over in the blink of an eye.

With the kids going back to school and the hustle and bustle of the weekdays coming back in full force, it can be daunting to think about what to make for meals. But getting back into your routine is a great reason to make your health a priority and work with your body to fuel it with foods that will keep you satisfied and energized.
