Superfood Protein Balls Recipe

- 1 cup oat flour

2 Tbsp. Navitas Organics Cacao Powder

1 Tbsp. Navitas Organics Maca Powder

1 Tbsp. Navitas Organics Hemp Seeds

1 tsp. Navitas Organics Camu Powder

1 tsp. Navitas Organics Elderberry Powder
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- ½ cup nut butter of choice
- ½ cup pure maple syrup
- ¼ cup coconut oil, melted

Directions
In a large bowl, combine Cacao Powder, maca powder, hemp seeds, camu powder, elderberry powder and cinnamon. Stir until well combined.
- Add vanilla, nut butter, maple syrup and coconut oil. Mix until well combined.
- On a plate, place cacao nibs and mashed cashew pieces.
- Roll mixture into a ball with your hands, roll around on the plate with cacao nibs and cashews. Once coated, place in an airtight container.
- Continue the process until all the batter is gone. Store in the fridge until you’re ready to enjoy!
