Superfood Protein Balls Recipe

A great way to add in some plant-based nutrients, vitamins and essential minerals throughout the day is by keeping these deliciously satisfying protein balls on hand. These no-bake bites are super easy to make and jam-packed with immune-boosting ingredients to keep you going strong!

INGREDIENTS

1 cup oat flour
2 Tbsp. Navitas Organics Cacao Powder
1 Tbsp. Navitas Organics Maca Powder
1 Tbsp. Navitas Organics Hemp Seeds
1 tsp. Navitas Organics Camu Powder
1 tsp. Navitas Organics Elderberry Powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla extract
½ cup nut butter of choice
½ cup pure maple syrup
¼ cup coconut oil, melted

Toppings:
Navitas Organics Cashew Nuts, mashed
Navitas Organics Cacao Nibs

DIRECTIONS

In a large bowl, combine Cacao Powder, maca powder, hemp seeds, camu powder, elderberry powder and cinnamon. Stir until well combined.

Add vanilla, nut butter, maple syrup and coconut oil. Mix until well combined.

On a plate, place cacao nibs and mashed cashew pieces.

Roll mixture into a ball with your hands, roll around on the plate with cacao nibs and cashews. Once coated, place in an airtight container.

Continue the process until all the batter is gone. Store in the fridge until you’re ready to enjoy!
