Homemade Granola Recipe
Granola is a great snack to have throughout the week whenever you are wanting something sweet, hearty and delicious. You can use it to spice up your yogurt or smoothies, or just throw some in a bowl, top it with some milk of choice and enjoy it as cereal!

Ingredients
- 3 cups oats
1 cup cashews
- 1 cup sunflower seeds
- ½ cup coconut oil
- ½ cup pure maple syrup

1 Tbsp. Navitas Organics Maca Powder
- 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- Handful of pitted dates, chopped
- ½ cup unsweetened coconut flakes

¼ cup Navitas Organics Cacao Nibs

¼ cup Navitas Organics Goji Berries

Directions
Preheat oven to 300˚F
- In large mixing bowl, add oats, cashews, sunflower seeds and stir. Then, add in coconut oil, maple syrup, cinnamon and vanilla extract.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the granola flat on the tray. Bake for about 15 minutes.
- Remove and add coconut flakes, cacao nibs and goji berries, bake for an additional 10 minutes.
- Remove, let cool completely. Once completely cool, place in an airtight container.
