Pomegranate Kale Salad Recipe
Pomegranate powder creates a beautiful pink salad dressing‚ which is especially fantastic when paired with salads composed of leafy green vegetables and fruit.
INGREDIENTS2 Tbsp. olive oil 2 Tbsp. white balsamic vinegar 3 Tbsp. Navitas Organics Pomegranate Powder 1 tsp. agave nectar ¼ tsp. sea salt ½ tsp. black pepper 1 large bunch kale‚ stemmed and chopped 4 oz. sunflower sprouts ½ cup pomegranate seeds 1 cup sunflower seeds 1 medium Asian pear‚ cored and sliced thin |
DIRECTIONSDressing: In a mixing bowl‚ whisk together the olive oil‚ vinegar‚ pomegranate powder‚ agave‚ salt, and pepper until combined. In a large bowl‚ combine the kale‚ sunflower sprouts‚ ¼ cup pomegranate seeds‚ ¼ cup sunflower seeds and Asian pear. Toss with as much of the salad dressing as desired. To serve‚ top with remaining pomegranate seeds and sunflower seeds. Makes 2-4 servings
