Sweet & Savory Crepes Recipe

Whether you like your crepes savory, sweet or somewhere in the middle, this recipe will serve you well. This delicious French breakfast staple with a superfood twist is jam-packed with plant-based nutrients and easy to customize for any palate!

INGREDIENTS

⅔ cup plant-based milk

4 eggs

3 Tbsp. Navitas Organics Pomegranate Powder (omit for savory crepes)

½ cup Navitas Organics Grain-Free Flour

⅓ cup sugar of choice (omit for savory crepes)

½ cup unsalted butter

 

DIRECTIONS

In a large bowl, combine eggs, sugar, pomegranate powder, and flour. Whisk until no clumps remain.

Add in the milk and whisk until the texture is perfectly smooth.

Preheat a frying pan and coat it with a bit of butter.

Pour the crepe batter onto the pan and flip it once bubbles start to form across the surface.

Repeat until all batter is used.

Serve with your favorite superfood toppings and enjoy!

Makes 8-10 crepes, depending on pan size
