Superfood Berry Smoothie Bowl Recipe

This superfood-packed smoothie bowl combines the rich flavors of mixed berries with an array of nutrient-dense superfoods, creating a powerhouse of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. 

INGREDIENTS

¼ cup frozen cauliflower rice
½ banana
½ cup frozen mixed berries
1 cup plant-based milk
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 Tbsp. peanut butter
1½ tsp. Navitas Organics Superfood+ Berry Blend
1 tsp. Navitas Organics Maca Powder

Toppings:

1 tsp. Navitas Organics Chia Seeds

2-3 Tbsp. Navitas Organics Goji Berries

1 tsp. Navitas Organics Cacao Nibs

DIRECTIONS

Add all smoothie bowl ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.

Pour into a bowl and top with chia seeds, goji berries and cacao nibs or your favorite smoothie bowl toppings and enjoy!
