Super Omega Shake Recipe

Most of us could use more essential omega fatty acids into our diet‚ and what better way than in a delicious smoothie? For an extra malty flavor‚ try adding a teaspoon of maca powder to the mix!

INGREDIENTS

1½ cup plant-based milk of choice

2 bananas

¼  cup Navitas Organics Cashew Nuts

¼ cup Navitas Organics Acai Powder

½ Tbsp. Navitas Organics Chia Powder

1½ Tbsp. maple syrup

½ cup ice

DIRECTIONS

Blend all ingredients until smooth‚ adding a bit of water if needed‚ and serve immediately.

Note: If using a high-speed blender‚ cashews may be added straight out of the package. For low-speed blenders‚ soak the cashews in water for 30 minutes or longer prior to blending for a smoother texture.
