Superfood granola made with Navitas Organics Chia Seeds and Hemp Seeds

Super Granola Recipe

Simple enough to bake every week; delicious enough to enjoy every day! This granola features cranberry amd orange for a burst of flavor amidst the crunch. Delicious with milk, on yogurt, or as the base for your snack mix.

INGREDIENTS

4 cups rolled oats

½ cup Navitas Organics Hemp Seeds

½ cup Navitas Organics Chia Seeds

1½ tsp sea salt

½ cup unrefined coconut oil, melted

½ cup dried cranberries

2 Tbsp. brown sugar

1 Tbsp. cinnamon

2 tsp. vanilla extract

Zest from 1 medium orange

DIRECTIONS

Pre-heat oven to 400°F.

Mix all ingredients except cranberries together in a large bowl, making sure that the oats are well coated.

Spread evenly on a baking sheet and bake for ten minutes, or until slightly golden on top. Use a spatula to turn over the granola, then return to the oven for another ten minutes or until nicely browned. Add the cranberries, toss, and cool.
