Super Berry Chia Jam Recipe
This thick, spreadable jam is a nutrient powerhouse packed with plant protein, antioxidants and minerals. So go ahead and slather it all over whole grain crackers, bread or your favorite parfait!
Set blueberries out to thaw for about one hour.
Place goldenberries, dried goji berries and one cup of water in a bowl, and let sit for about one hour to soften.
Once the blueberries are thawed, put them in a food processor (or blender) with the honey, organic chia seeds and the rest of the water.
Add goldenberries, dried goji berries, water and all remaining ingredients to the food processor.
Puree the ingredients until the consistency is smooth and thick. Chia seeds will stay intact.
Taste the mixture and add a bit more honey if desired.
Transfer ingredients to a covered dish and refrigerate for a couple of hours.
