- 12 Medjool dates
- ½ cup vegan cream cheese
- 2 Tbsp. roasted pistachios, roughly chopped
1 Tbsp. pure maple syrup (optional)

Directions
Slice Medjool dates lengthwise down center and remove pits.
Stuff center of each date with 2-3 tsp. vegan cream cheese and sprinkle with chopped pistachios.
Drizzle dates with maple syrup (optional) and top with sprinkles of hemp seeds and chia seeds. Enjoy immediately!
