Savory Stuffed Dates Recipe

Upgrade your snack game with these savory stuffed dates! A delicious mix of creamy, nutty hemp seeds, fiber-rich chia seeds and other wholesome ingredients make these little bites the perfect balance of flavor, texture and plant-based nutrients.

INGREDIENTS

12 Medjool dates
½ cup vegan cream cheese
2 Tbsp. roasted pistachios, roughly chopped
1 Tbsp. pure maple syrup
1 tsp. Navitas Organics Hemp Seeds
1 tsp. Navitas Organics Chia Seeds

DIRECTIONS

Slice all of the Medjool dates lengthwise down the center and remove the pits.
To prepare the dates, stuff the center of each date with 2-3 tsp of vegan cream cheese. Sprinkle the dates with the chopped pistachios. 
Drizzle the dates with a tiny bit of maple syrup. Sprinkle with hemp seeds and chia seeds.
Enjoy immediately!
Store stuffed dates in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Wait to drizzle the maple syrup and sprinkle the hemp and chia seeds until right before serving.
