Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen cauliflower florets, divided
- 1 banana, sliced and frozen, divided
- ½ cup milk of choice, divided
- 4 pitted dates, divided
- 2 scoops of vanilla protein powder, divided
- ¼ tsp. pumpkin spice, divided

- ¼ cup pumpkin purée
- Coconut whip

Directions
- In a blender, combine 1 cup frozen cauliflower, half frozen banana, ¼ cup milk, 2 dates, and half of the pumpkin spice.
- Add matcha and blend until rich and creamy. Transfer matcha smoothie to serving bowl and place it in freezer.
- Repeat step 1, using remaining ingredients.
- Add pumpkin and blend until rich and creamy. Transfer pumpkin smoothie to same serving bowl as matcha smoothie.
- Use a small spatula to partially swirl two colors together.
- Top with coconut whip and cacao nibs. Enjoy!
