½ Cup Water
Blend water‚ Hemp Seeds and sweetener into a “Hemp milk.”
Add bananas‚ coconut oil‚ vanilla‚ salt‚ bee pollen (optional)‚ and Maca Powder. Blend into a thick cream or pudding.
Adjust sweetness if desired‚ and pour over a mix of Chia Seeds‚ berries and trail mix.
Let stand for a few minutes allowing the moisture to absorb and serve.
