- ⅛ cup raspberries, mashed
- ¼ cup heavy cream, chilled

Directions
Mix all chia pudding ingredients in a bowl until combined. Let sit for 10 minutes, then stir to break apart any clumps.
- Chill in fridge for 15 minutes until thickened and set.
- In another bowl, whisk together raspberry cream ingredients until light and fluffy.
- Pour raspberry cream on top of chia pudding. Top with raspberries and goji berries. Enjoy!
