Pomegranate Chia Pudding Recipe

INGREDIENTS

Chia Pudding:
¼ cup raspberries, mashed
¼ cup Navitas Organics Chia Seeds
½ Tbsp. Navitas Organics Pomegranate Powder
1-2 tsp. sweetener of choice
1 cup milk of choice

Raspberry Cream:
⅛ cup raspberries, mashed
¼ cup heavy cream, chilled
1-2 tsp. sweetener of choice

Recommended Toppings:
Raspberries
Navitas Organics Goji Berries

DIRECTIONS

Mix all chia seed pudding ingredients in a bowl until combined. 
Let sit for 10 minutes, then stir to break apart any clumps. 
Chill in fridge for 15 minutes until thickened and set.
In another bowl, whisk together raspberry cream ingredients until light and fluffy.
Pour raspberry cream on top of chia pudding. Top with raspberries and goji berries. Enjoy!
