No-Bake Fudge Brownies Recipe
Somewhere between a brownie‚ a fudgy square‚ and a deep sigh of satisfaction lies this fantastic dessert. Made with just fruits‚ nuts‚ and pure cacao‚ this treat is nutritionally on par with a natural energy bar or handful of trail mix—yet tastes like a fudgy treat! We'd call this the best excuse for a brownie break yet.
INGREDIENTS1 cup raw walnuts 1 cup Medjool dates, pitted ½ cup Navitas Organics Cacao Powder Pinch sea salt ½ cup Navitas Organics Cacao Nibs, divided
|
DIRECTIONSPlace walnuts in a food processor and pulse to form a coarse flour. With machine running, add dates, cacao powder and salt, processing until a moist, crumb-like dough has formed that will hold together when squeezed.
Sprinkle ¼ cup of cacao nibes into an 8x8 inch pan lined with parchment paper. Scoop brownie mix on top and press firmly into a smooth, solid layer. Sprinkle with remaining cacao nibs and press into place. If desired, finish with a pinch of coarse sea salt on top. Cut into bite-size squares and enjoy! Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Makes 12 squares
