No-Bake Camu Protein Bars
Made with immune-boosting Camu and energizing Matcha, these high-protein bars are delicious on-the-go treats that fight off hanger between meals.
1/2 cup Coconut Butter, room temperature
2 scoops Navitas Organics Vanilla & Greens Essential Blend
1 scoop Collagen Peptides, optional
1 tsp Maple Syrup
1 Tbsp Navitas Organics Matcha Powder
4 Tbsp Unsweetened Cashew Milk
2 Tbsp Navitas Organics Camu Powder
2 Tbsp Navitas Organics Maca Powder
1 tsp Vanilla
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
2 Tbsp Chocolate Ghee
Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
In a large bowl, mix the coconut butter, vanilla, honey and milk.
Place a baking sheet in a small pan and spread the mix at the bottom of the pan (it may not take up the whole pan).
