No-Bake Camu Protein Bars Recipe

Made with immune-boosting camu and energizing matcha, these high-protein bars are delicious on-the-go treats that fight off hanger between meals.

INGREDIENTS

½ cup coconut butter, room temperature

1 tsp. vanilla

1 tsp. maple syrup

4 Tbsp. unsweetened cashew milk

2 Tbsp. Navitas Organics Camu Powder

½ tsp. cinnamon

2 Tbsp. Navitas Organics Maca Powder

1 Tbsp. Navitas Organics Matcha Powder

2 scoops Navitas Organics Vanilla & Greens Essential Blend

1 scoop collagen peptides, optional

Optional Toppings:

2 Tbsp. chocolate ghee

Unsweetened shredded coconut

Sliced almonds

DIRECTIONS

In a large bowl, mix the coconut butter, vanilla, maple syrup, and cashew milk.

Add the camu powder, cinnamon, maca powder and matcha powder, and mix more. Add the Essential Blend and collagen (if using).

Line a small pan with parchment paper and spread the mix out evenly, pressing to compact it.

Refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
Remove from the fridge and top with about 2 Tbsp. chocolate ghee (optional).

Sprinkle with sliced almonds and coconut shreds (optional).

Refrigerate overnight and enjoy!
