Multigrain Hot Cereal with Goji Berries
Add the versatile superfruit Goji Berries to a hearty hot cereal for a boost of antioxidants, minerals and sweet flavor.

INGREDIENTS1/4 cup Goji Berries 1/4 cup Millet 1/2 cup Quinoa 1/4 cup Amaranth 1/8 tsp Salt 1/4 tsp Ground Cinnamon 1/8 tsp Ground Cardamom 1 cup Water 1 cup Nut Milk of your choice + additional for serving Optional Toppings: Honey, bee pollen, Navitas Organics Chia Seeds, pepitas, walnuts, almonds, coconut flakes, apple, pear, berries |
DIRECTIONSBring Goji Berries, millet, quinoa, amaranth, salt, cinnamon, cardamom, 1 cup water and 1 cup nut milk to a boil in a medium saucepan. Cover, reduce heat to a simmer, stirring occasionally, until grains are tender, about 20–25 minutes. Transfer into bowls and serve with additional nut milk, honey and preferred toppings.
