Mint Chocolate Bark Recipe

INGREDIENTS

Base:
½ cup Navitas Organics Bittersweet Cacao Wafers

½ cup Navitas Organics Semi-sweet Cacao Wafers

Toppings
⅓ cup Rawcology Mint Chip Grain-free Granola
⅓ cup Rawcology Chocolate Grain-free Granola
½ cup pistachios
¼ cup Navitas Organics Cacao Sweet Nibs

DIRECTIONS

Combine the bittersweet and semi-sweet cacao wafers in a microwave-safe bowl and heat at 20-second intervals, stirring in between, until fully melted.

Pour chocolate onto a parchment-lined cookie sheet or cutting board and spread evenly.
Top with granola, pistachios and cacao nibs.
Place in the refrigerator to set and break into pieces once chilled.
