Matcha Overnight Oats with Berries Recipe

INGREDIENTS1½ cups plant-based milk of choice ½ tsp. vanilla extract 1 tsp. Navitas Organics Matcha Powder 1 Tbsp. maple syrup, or to taste ¼ tsp. sea salt 1 cup gluten-free rolled oats 1 Tbsp. Navitas Organics Chia Seeds ½ cup Navitas Organics Mulberries Optional Toppings: Blueberries or chopped strawberries Navitas Organics Cacao Nibs Unsweetened coconut flakes

DIRECTIONSIn a blender, combine the milk, vanilla extract, matcha powder, maple syrup and the salt. Blend until the matcha is fully incorporated. In a quart-sized mason jar or sealable container, mix together the oats, chia seeds, and mulberries. Add the matcha milk, seal the jar, and shake well. Refrigerate a minimum of 8 hours or overnight (the soaked oats will keep several days in the refrigerator). When ready to serve, transfer to individual bowls and top with fresh berries, cacao nibs, and coconut flakes as desired. Makes 2-3 servings
