Maca Almond Energy Bites

High in fiber, calcium and magnesium, these adaptogen-rich bites help satisfy hunger, sustain energy levels and keep the body in total balance. Whip them up for a packable snack or serve them up as an after-dinner treat.

INGREDIENTS

3/4 cup Gluten-Free Oats

1/2 cup Almond Butter

1/4 cup Unsweetened Dried Coconut

1/4 cup Navitas Organics Hemp Seeds

1 Tbsp Navitas Organics Chia Seeds

1 Tbsp Navitas Organics Maca Powder

1 Tbsp Honey

1 Tbsp Coconut Oil, melted

1 tsp Cinnamon

2 tsp Vanilla Extract

1 Tbsp Water

1/4 tsp Salt

 

DIRECTIONS

Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl and stir to combine. Using your hands, continue to mix until everything is well incorporated. Taste and add more salt or honey to your preference.

Take about 1/2 tablespoon of the mix at a time and squeeze together in your hand, shaping and rolling it into a ball. Repeat with the remaining mixture. Eat right away or chill in the refrigerator to firm up.

Makes 20-25 Bites
