Lavender Wellness Latte

DIRECTIONSMake the lavender syrup: Add sugar and water to a small saucepan over medium heat; whisk until sugar is dissolved, about 3 to 5 minutes. Remove from heat, add lavender and steep for 20 minutes; strain. Make the latte: Whisk milk and Wellness Boost in a small saucepan. Heat on medium-high, whisking until milk is frothy, about 2 minutes. Pour 2 tablespoons lavender syrup into a mug. Top with coffee or espresso, then pour in milk. Garnish with dried lavender. |
