Lavender Wellness Latte
Take your mundane latte to new superfood heights by adding a scoop of Daily Superfood Wellness Boost for an extra bonus of probiotics, enzymes and added nutrients.
For the lavender syrup*:
½ cup Sugar
½ cup Water
¼ cup Dried Lavender
For the latte:
1 cup Non-Dairy Milk
1 scoop Navitas Organics Wellness Boost
2 Tbsp Lavender Syrup*
¼ cup Strong Coffee or Espresso
Make the lavender syrup: Add sugar and water to a small saucepan over medium heat; whisk until sugar is dissolved, about 3 to 5 minutes.
Remove from heat, add lavender and steep for 20 minutes; strain.
Make the latte: Whisk milk and Wellness Boost in a small saucepan. Heat on medium-high, whisking until milk is frothy, about 2 minutes.
Pour 2 tablespoons lavender syrup into a mug. Top with coffee or espresso, then pour in milk.
Garnish with dried lavender.
