Key Lime Pie Smoothie Recipe
You'd never guess this dessert-like smoothie was heavy on greens and light on fruit, thanks to its decadent, creamy flavor. It's also surprisingly rich in whole-food nutrition, with an abundance of healthy fats, antioxidants, fiber and more.
INGREDIENTS1 handful fresh spinach 2 limes, flesh only (rind and peel sliced off) 1 tsp. lime zest 1 scoop Navitas Organics Vanilla + Greens Essential Blend ½ cup unsweetened coconut yogurt 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk 1 tsp. Navitas Organics Matcha Powder ¼ avocado 2 tsp. Navitas Organics Hemp Seeds 1 tsp. Navitas Organics Chia Seeds ½ tsp. vanilla extract Ice Unsweetened coconut flakes, toasted, for topping |
DIRECTIONSToss all ingredients except for the coconut flakes into a high-speed blender and blend until completely smooth. Add ice to adjust consistency as needed, blending again until all chunks are blended. Pour into a glass and top with coconut flakes. Enjoy! Makes 1 serving

1 scoop vanilla protein powder of choice
- ½ cup unsweetened coconut yogurt
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk

- ¼ avocado
2 tsp. Navitas Organics

1 tsp. Navitas Organics Chia Seeds
- ½ tsp. vanilla extract
- Ice
- Unsweetened coconut flakes, toasted, for topping
Directions
Toss all ingredients except for the coconut flakes into a high-speed blender and blend until completely smooth.
