Immune-boosting Oatmeal Bowl Recipe
If you love the cozy winter months but also want to do what you can to keep your immune system strong, this oatmeal bowl is for you! DIRECTIONSBoil water with pinch of salt. Once boiling, add in oats, stirring occasionally, then stir in Superfood+ Immunity Blend. Keep on low heat for 5 minutes until most of the water has evaporated. Add in milk and stir occasionally for 5 minutes. Pour into desired bowl, top off with crushed pistachios, goldenberries and goji berries. Add sweetener of choice, if desired. Serve warm and enjoy!
