Health Nut Trail Mix Recipe

This essential anytime snack is full of all sorts of nutrient-dense superfoods, including raw nuts and seeds, plus chopped dark chocolate bits for some antioxidant-rich indulgence!

INGREDIENTS

¾ cup raw unsalted almonds

¾ cup raw unsalted walnut halves/pieces

¼ cup Navitas Organics Goji Berries

¼ cup Navitas Organics Goldenberries

¼ cup pumpkin seeds

¼ cup sunflower seeds

¼ cup dark chocolate

¼ cup unsweetened toasted coconut

DIRECTIONS

In a large bowl, add together all ingredients and mix together until well combined.

Distribute mixture between 2-3 airtight jars or containers and store until ready to eat to maintain maximum freshness. 

Makes about 3 cups
