Creamy Cranberry Superfood Oats Recipe
Wake up your taste buds and fuel your day with this creamy bowl of superfood-packed oatmeal.

DIRECTIONSIn a medium saucepan boil 1 1/2 cups of water and coconut milk beverage or almond milk. When it boils pour in oatmeal reduce heat to a light simmer. Cook stirring frequently for approximately 20 minutes or until a porridge-like consistency forms. While the oatmeal is cooking in a medium sauce pan with a lid stir together cranberries 2 tablespoons maple syrup and 1/4 cup of water and bring to a boil. Put the lid on and reduce heat to simmer for 5 minutes. Remove lid and the cranberries should be popped and cooked down. Stir in goji berries and set aside. When the oatmeal has finished cooking pour into bowls. Top with yogurt nut butter (if using) honey or maple syrup and cranberry goji berry sauce. Eat as is or mix it all up and enjoy! 1 cup (4oz.) fresh cranberries

In a medium saucepan, boil 1½ cups water and plant-based milk. Add oatmeal and reduce heat to a light simmer. Cook approximately 20 minutes, stirring frequently.
While the oatmeal is cooking, combine cranberries, 2 tablespoons maple syrup and ¼ cup water in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil, cover with a lid and reduce heat to simmer for 5 minutes. Stir in goji berries and set aside.
Once cooked, pour into bowls, top with desired toppings and enjoy!
