Chocolate Coconut Chia Pudding Oats Recipe
Settle in for a cozy morning and satisfy your chocolate craving with these Chocolate Vanilla and Coconut Chia Pudding Oats topped with Chocolate Cacao Power Snacks, Sliced Kumquats and Bananas.
Combine oats, Chia Seeds and coconut water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and then reduce heat to medium. Cook for about five minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat and stir in yogurt. Depending on your desired consistency, add more coconut water and/or yogurt.
Divide oats in half and add Cacao Powder to half of the oats.
Add half chocolate and half vanilla coconut oats to each bowl and top with Power Snacks, fresh fruit and more yogurt. Enjoy!
