Chocolate Coconut Chia Pudding Oats Recipe

INGREDIENTS1 cup rolled oats 2 Tbsp. Navitas Organics Chia Seeds 3 cups coconut water 1 Tbsp. maple syrup 3 Tbsp. vanilla plant-based yogurt 1 Tbsp. Navitas Organics Cacao Powder 1 tsp Navitas Organics Superfood+ Adaptogen Blend, optional Toppings: 2 thinly sliced kumquats, or segments from 1 clementine ½ banana, sliced 5-6 Navitas Organics Chocolate Cacao Power Snacks, optional

DIRECTIONSCombine oats, chia seeds and coconut water in a saucepan. Bring to a light boil and then reduce heat to medium-low. Cook for about five minutes, stirring occasionally, until thick. Remove from heat and let cool for 5-10 minutes. Stir in yogurt. Depending on your desired consistency, add more coconut water and/or yogurt. Divide oats in half and add cacao powder and Adaptogen Blend (if using) to half of the oats. You now have a plain vanilla portion and a chocolate portion. To serve, split the flavors between two bowls, swirling or layering as desired. Top with desired toppings and enjoy! Makes 2 servings
