Cauliflower Pizza Crust Recipe

INGREDIENTS⅔ cup Navitas Organics Cauliflower Flour ⅔ cup shredded mozzarella ⅓ cup grated parmesan 1 tsp. Italian seasoning ¼ tsp. garlic powder ¼ tsp. sea salt 2 eggs, lightly beaten ⅓ cup water + desired pizza toppings |
DIRECTIONSHeat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside. Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl. Add the eggs and water and mix by hand until a soft dough forms. Place the dough in the center of the baking sheet and press down into a ¼-inch thick circle. Bake for 12 minutes, remove from oven and top as desired. Return to oven and bake an additional 10 minutes. Enjoy! Makes one medium crust
