Cauliflower Pizza Crust Recipe

Ready to level up your next pizza night? This delicious and healthy alternative to the classic crust recipe* is easy to make, grain-free and packed with superfood nutrition.

INGREDIENTS

 cup Navitas Organics Cauliflower Flour

cup shredded mozzarella

⅓ cup grated parmesan

1 tsp. Italian seasoning

¼ tsp. garlic powder

¼ tsp. sea salt

2 eggs, lightly beaten

 cup water

+ desired pizza toppings

DIRECTIONS

Heat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl. Add the eggs and water and mix by hand until a soft dough forms.

Place the dough in the center of the baking sheet and press down into a ¼-inch thick circle.

Bake for 12 minutes, remove from oven and top as desired. Return to oven and bake an additional 10 minutes. Enjoy!

Makes one medium crust
