Camu Spring Smoothie Bowl Recipe

Looking for a refreshing springtime smoothie bowl that's rich in flavor and plant-based nutrients? This camu smoothie bowl is here for it and comes with a major boost of vitamin C to keep you healthy and strong all season long!

INGREDIENTS

Smoothie bowl:

2 frozen bananas

½ avocado

2 dates

2 Tbsp. fresh coconut milk

1 tsp. Navitas Organics Camu Powder

2 Tbsp. beetroot powder (or ½ small fresh beetroot)

Splash of almond milk

Toppings:

Diced mango

Dragonfruit

Coconut yogurt

Navitas Organics Goji Berries

Navitas Organics Cacao Nibs

DIRECTIONS

To a blender, add bananas, avocado, dates, coconut milk, camu powder, beetroot powder and almond milk. Blend until smooth.

Transfer to a bowl and add your favorite toppings such as diced mango, dragonfruit, dairy-free coconut yogurt, goji berries, and cacao nibs.

Enjoy!
