Camu Chia Pudding Recipe

INGREDIENTS1½ Tbsp Navitas Organics Chia Seeds 1/2 cup Coconut Milk 1/2 tsp Navitas Organics Camu Powder 3-5 Drops Liquid Stevia Handful Raspberries Optional: Non-dairy Vanilla Yogurt |
DIRECTIONSIn a small bowl, stir together chia seeds, coconut milk, camu powder and liquid stevia. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or overnight. The mixture will thicken and become a pudding-like consistency. Top with your favorite non-dairy yogurt and raspberries and enjoy as a light dessert or nourishing breakfast! Makes 2 Servings
