Camu Chia Pudding Recipe

Looking for a light but protein-filled breakfast that packs an immune-boosting punch? Or a low-sugar dessert on the healthier side? Look no further! This chia pudding combines nutrient-dense chia seeds, coconut milk and camu powder for a treat that's sure to tantalize the taste buds and leave you feeling satisfied for hours.

INGREDIENTS

1½ Tbsp. Navitas Organics Chia Seeds

½ cup coconut milk

½ tsp. Navitas Organics Camu Powder

3-5 drops liquid stevia, or preferred sweetener

Handful of organic raspberries

Optional:

Non-dairy vanilla yogurt

DIRECTIONS

In a small bowl, stir together chia seeds, coconut milk, camu powder and liquid Stevia.

Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or overnight. The mixture will thicken and become a pudding-like consistency.

Top with your favorite non-dairy yogurt and raspberries and enjoy as a light dessert or nourishing breakfast!
