Blueberry Hemp Breakfast Bowl Recipe
You may not be able to wait until morning to dive into this antioxidant-rich, plant protein-packed breakfast bowl…but who says you have to?
INGREDIENTS1 cup Navitas Organics Hemp Seeds 4 cups Filtered Water 3/4 cup Navitas Organics Blueberry Hemp Power Snacks 1/4 cup Fresh Blueberries 1/2 Banana, sliced |
DIRECTIONSMake hemp milk by adding the hemp seeds and water to a high-speed blender. Blend on high for about one minute until the hemp seeds become liquefied. Place a nut milk bag inside a pitcher or over a wide bowl and pour the milk into the bag. Squeeze the bag until all of the liquid is extracted from the hemp seeds in the bag, and you are left with your hemp milk in the bowl. *Alternatively, you can skip this step and leave the remainder of the Hemp Seeds in the milk. Make the superfood breakfast bowl by pouring a half cup of your hemp milk into your bowl. Add the Blueberry Hemp Power Snacks, fresh blueberries and banana slices. Grab a spoon and enjoy!
