Blueberry Blast Smoothie Recipe

One of the best things about smoothies is that all you have to do is toss the ingredients in a blender and press play! Er... blend. This recipe is especially loaded with superfood benefits, thanks to the Essential Blend and its mix of plant proteins, superfoods, greens, probiotics and digestive enzymes.

INGREDIENTS 

1 cup water

2 Tbsp. Navitas Organics Hemp Seeds

1 tsp. vanilla extract

1 tsp. maple syrup

Pinch sea salt

1 Tbsp Navitas Organics Chia Seeds

2 scoops Navitas Organics Essential Blend Vanilla & Greens

Pinch ground cinnamon

1 cup kale

1 cup frozen blueberries

1 frozen banana, sliced into chunks

DIRECTIONS

Add Hemp milk, Chia Seeds, Essential Blend, Wellness Boost, cinnamon, kale, blueberries, banana and MCT or coconut oil to a large high-powered blender.

Blend on medium-high until desired consistency is reached, about 60-90 seconds. Add more Hemp milk, if needed.

Pour into your favorite glass, top with a sprinkle of Chia Seeds and/or Hemp Seeds and enjoy!
