Blueberry Blast Smoothie

One of the best things about smoothies in the morning is you just have to throw it all in a blender and turn it on. With the addition of the Wellness Boost and Essential Blend, there's no extra measuring of ingredients – all your superfoods are already in a convenient, ready to go blend!


1 cup Homemade Hemp Milk*

1 Tbsp Navitas Organics Chia Seeds

2 scoops Navitas Organics Vanilla + Greens Essential Blend

1 scoop Navitas Organics Wellness Boost

Dash Cinnamon

1 cup Kale

1 cup Frozen Blueberries

1 Frozen Banana

1 heaping Tbsp MCT or Coconut Oil


Add Hemp milk, Chia Seeds, Essential Blend, Wellness Boost, cinnamon, kale, blueberries, banana and MCT or coconut oil to a large high-powered blender.

Blend on medium-high until desired consistency is reached, about 60-90 seconds. Add more Hemp milk, if needed.

Pour into your favorite glass, top with a sprinkle of Chia Seeds and/or Hemp Seeds and enjoy!

*Homemade Hemp Milk: blend 2 cups filtered water, 1/2 cup Hemp Seeds, 2 tsp vanilla extract, 1 Tbsp agave or maple syrup and a pinch of Himalayan pink salt, for 60 seconds. Pour through a fine mesh strainer, if desired.
