Almond Cacao Energy Bites
These delicious little energy bites are a cinch to make, and they're packed with a powerful combo of fat and carbs to keep you fueled and full until your next meal.
1 cup Almond Butter
2 tbsp Coconut Oil, liquefied
2 tbsp Coconut Butter
2 tbsp Apricot Jam
1/2 tsp Salt
1 cup Gluten-Free Rolled Oats
1 scoop Navitas Organics Cacao & Greens Essential Blend
1/4 cup Ground Flaxseed
1/4 cup Navitas Organics Cacao Nibs (coarsely chopped)
Coconut Shreds or Dark Chocolate for topping
Combine almond butter, coconut oil, coconut butter, jam and salt in a bowl.
Mix in oats, Essential Blend, flaxseed and Cacao Nibs until a dough has formed.
Using a 1 tbsp scoop, portion out the dough and roll into small balls with your hands.
If desired, roll in coconut shreds or drizzle with melted dark chocolate.
Refrigerate until firm and enjoy!
