Adaptogenic Matcha Latte Recipe

Adaptogens like maca make great natural remedies for countless physical and mental problems. They can be easily incorporated into a variety of smoothies, baked goods, soups and lattes like this recipe that also incorporates mood-balancing matcha.

INGREDIENTS

1 cup cashew milk

1 cup hot water

1 tsp. Navitas Organics Matcha Powder

2 tsp. Navitas Organics Maca Powder

1 Tbsp. coconut butter

½ tsp. vanilla

Honey or agave, to taste (optional)

DIRECTIONS

Boil hot water and let it sit until it cools down slightly.

Add all other ingredients to a blender and blitz on high. 

Add hot water to the blender and blitz once more.

Sweeten to taste and enjoy!
