Ingredients
- 1½ cups gluten-free rolled oats
- ½ cup milled flaxseed

3 Tbsp. Navitas Organics Acai Powder
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 6 dates, peeled & pitted
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 Tbsp. cashew butter

2 Tbsp. Navitas Organics Hemp Seeds
2 Tbsp. unsweetened coconut shreds

For Coating:
Directions
Add dates to 1½ cups of hot water in a bowl and allow to sit for 10 minutes. Set aside.
Add oats, flaxseed and acai powder to food processor and blend into a fine powder.
- Add frozen blueberries, dates, vanilla and cashew butter to powder and blend well.
- Shape dough into 1-1½ inch balls and roll in hemp seeds, coconut shreds and chia seeds.
- Store in refrigerator for 1 week or freezer for 1 month.
