The layers of chocolate and vanilla chia puddings are perfectly complemented with vanilla coconut yogurt, and you can top them with Cacao Sweet Nibs and fresh fruit for even more delicious flavor and texture.
INGREDIENTS2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk ½ cup Navitas Organics Chia Seeds 3 Tbsp. maple syrup 2 Tbsp. Navitas Organics Cacao Powder 1 cup vanilla coconut yogurt Toppings: Navitas Organics Cacao Sweet Nibs Fresh strawberries, sliced |
DIRECTIONSAdd 1 cup almond milk, ¼ cup chia seeds, and 1 Tbsp. maple syrup to a blender and blend until the ingredients are mixed well. Transfer to a glass container, cover and place in the refrigerator. Add 1 cup almond milk, ¼ cup chia seeds, 2 Tbsp. cacao powder and 2 Tbsp. maple syrup to a blender and blend until mixed well. Transfer to a glass container, cover and place in the refrigerator. Chill the chia puddings for at least 4 hours, best overnight. Layer the vanilla chia pudding, chocolate chia pudding and coconut yogurt in a jar and top with cacao sweet nibs and strawberry slices. Makes 2 jars
