Spread of veggies with a turmeric cashew dipping sauce made with Navitas Organics Turmeric Powder

Turmeric Cashew Sauce Recipe

This dipping sauce is creamy, sweet and savory, and bursting with fresh mint, mango, turmeric and a hint of orange zest.

INGREDIENTS

1 cup cashew nuts

½ Tbsp. Navitas Organics Turmeric Powder

2 cups frozen mango, defrosted

4 fresh mint leaves

1 Tbsp. orange zest

¼ tsp. sea salt

¼ tsp. pepper

DIRECTIONS

Soak 1 cup of cashews in boiling water for 20 minutes. Drain and rinse, then pat dry.

Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until well combined and creamy.

Transfer to a serving bowl and serve with salad or crudites.
