Ingredients

¼ cup Navitas Organics Chia Seeds
- ¾ cup milk of choice
- 3–4 Tbsp. pure maple syrup
- 1 shot espresso
- ½ cup yogurt of choice

1 tsp. Navitas Organics Cacao Powder

1 Tbsp. Navitas Organics Cacao Nibs
For Serving/Layering:
Directions
- Add chia seeds, milk, maple syrup, and espresso to a large mixing bowl and whisk to combine.
- Allow pudding to sit on counter for 5 minutes, then whisk again. Cover and refrigerate for 3-4 hours to chill and thicken.
- Divide set pudding into individual jars and top with yogurt, dusting of cacao powder and sprinkle of cacao nibs.
- Store in airtight container in refrigerator for 3-5 days.
