Tiramisu Chia Pudding Recipe

This Tiramisu Chia Pudding takes the classic dessert and gives it a superfood glow-up. With fiber-packed chia seeds, antioxidant-rich cacao, and a crunchy cacao nib finish, it’s as wholesome as it is delicious.

INGREDIENTS

¼ cup Navitas Organics Chia Seeds
¾ cup milk of choice
3–4 Tbsp. pure maple syrup
1 shot espresso
For Serving/Layering:
½ cup yogurt of choice
1 tsp. Navitas Organics Cacao Powder
1 Tbsp. Navitas Organics Cacao Nibs

DIRECTIONS

Add chia seeds, milk, maple syrup, and espresso to a large mixing bowl and whisk to combine. 
Allow pudding to sit on counter for 5 minutes, then whisk again. Cover and refrigerate for 3-4 hours to chill and thicken.
Divide set pudding into individual jars and top with yogurt, dusting of cacao powder and sprinkle of cacao nibs. 
Store in airtight container in refrigerator for 3-5 days.
