Berry Pomegranate Crepes Recipe

These aren't your average everyday crepes. They're packed with a delicious blend of antioxidant-rich superfood berry powders, making them healthy and indulgent at the same time! Serve them with pomegranate seeds, fresh berries and a chocolate spread for an irresistible brunch you'll want to have again and again.

INGREDIENTS

6 eggs

½ cup sugar

¾ cup flour

3 Tbsp. Navitas Organics Pomegranate Powder

3 Tbsp. Navitas Organics Superfood+ Berry Blend

2 cups milk

½ cup liquid coconut oil

Toppings:

Pomegranate seeds

Fresh Raspberries

Chocolate spread

DIRECTIONS

Whisk together eggs, sugar and flour until smooth.

Add the milk as you continue stirring, then melted coconut oil.

Preheat a frying pan until hot, keeping heat at medium-high. For the first crepe, coat pan with cooking spray.

Lift frying pan with one hand and pour crepe batter in using the other. Shift pan from side to side to distribute batter evenly. Flip the crepe by lifting the corners with a fork.

Repeat until all batter is used, top with desired toppings, and enjoy!

Makes 20-30 crepes, depending on pan size
