Strawberry Pops Recipe
A little chia goes a long way in these pops to make this a well-rounded snack! For variety, swap in different berries of your choice.

DIRECTIONSCombine the Chia Seeds and water in a glass and stir to combine. Allow to rest for ten minutes. Stir once more and set aside once more for ten minutes.

2 tsp. Navitas Organics Chia Seeds
3 cup strawberries, fresh or frozen
2 Tbsp. fresh squeezed lemon juice
2 Tbsp. maple syrup
Directions
Combine the chia seeds and water in a glass and stir to combine. Set aside for twenty minutes, stirring partway through, to allow chia seeds to gel.
- Place all ingredients in a blender, including the chia mixture, and blend until well combined. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze a minimum of 4 hours, or until solid.
