Strawberry chia popsicle and a fresh strawberry

Strawberry Pops Recipe

A little chia goes a long way in these pops to make this a well-rounded snack! For variety, swap in different berries of your choice.

INGREDIENTS

½ Cup Water
2 tsp Navitas Organics Chia Seeds
3 Cup Strawberries, fresh or frozen
2 Tbsp fresh squeezed Lemon Juice
2 Tbsp Agave Nectar or Stevia, to taste

DIRECTIONS

Combine the Chia Seeds and water in a glass and stir to combine. Allow to rest for ten minutes. Stir once more and set aside once more for ten minutes.
Place all ingredients in a blender, including the chia mixture, and blend until well combined. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze a minimum of 4 hours, or until solid.


Quantity yield depends on size of mold used.

Makes: 10 pops

Directions

  1. Combine the chia seeds and water in a glass and stir to combine. Set aside for twenty minutes, stirring partway through, to allow chia seeds to gel.

  2. Place all ingredients in a blender, including the chia mixture, and blend until well combined. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze a minimum of 4 hours, or until solid.
