Strawberry-Chia Margarita Sorbet
The Chia Seeds not only add nutrition‚ but create a cute illusion that makes the sorbet look like the outside of a seedy strawberry. You can use different flavors of commercial kombucha to create unique twists on this recipe.
2 Cups Frozen Strawberries
In a blender, process the frozen strawberries, kombucha, tequila, agave, lime juice and optional Maqui Powder into a smooth mixture. Add Chia Seeds and blend briefly just to mix, but leaving the Chia Seeds whole. Pour the mixture into a sealable container and freeze for 4-6 hours or overnight until frozen.
