Ingredients
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- ½ cup sour cream
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 14 oz. chopped artichoke hearts
- 10 oz. frozen spinach, thawed
- 4 oz. green chili peppers, chopped

- ½ tsp. salt
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella + ¼ cup, for topping
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients except for mozzarella cheese.
- Transfer dip to a baking dish and top with additional ¼ cup mozzarella cheese.
