Spinach Artichoke Dip Recipe

INGREDIENTS

1 cup plain Greek yogurt
½ cup sour cream
2 cloves of garlic, minced
14 oz. chopped artichoke hearts
10 oz. frozen spinach, thawed
4 oz. green chili peppers, chopped
1 Tbsp. Navitas Organics Chia seeds
½ tsp. salt
½ cup grated parmesan cheese
½ cup shredded mozzarella + ¼ cup, for topping

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 375°F.
In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients except for mozzarella cheese.
Transfer dip to a baking dish and top with additional ¼ cup mozzarella cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes and serve with crackers or a vegetable platter. Enjoy!
