INGREDIENTS1 cup unsweetened plant-based milk of choice 3 Tbsp. Navitas Organics Chia Seeds 1 Tbsp. pure maple syrup ¼ tsp. vanilla extract Optional Toppings: Coconut flakes Fresh or dried fruit Nuts |
DIRECTIONSCombine all ingredients except toppings in a mason jar. Seal, then shake thoroughly to combine.
Refrigerate for 15 minutes, then shake once more. Place back in the fridge and let sit for 10-15 minutes longer to allow chia seeds to thicken into a spoonable pudding.
Top with desired toppings and enjoy!
