Shamrock Protein Shake Recipe

This minty classic is better than the fast-food chain option because it's charmed to fortify your body with superfood nutrition. How lucky is that?!

INGREDIENTS

1/3 cup Cashews

3 large Medjool Dates, pitted

2 Tbsp Lucuma Powder

1 cup unsweetened Almond Milk

1 scoop Navitas Organics Vanilla & Greens Essential Blend

1/4 cup fresh Mint Leaves, packed

1/4 tsp Mint Extract

2 tsp Vanilla Extract

Pinch Sea Salt

2 cups Ice

Liquid Stevia, to taste

Liquid Chlorophyll, for color (optional)

DIRECTIONS

Blend all ingredients except the ice, stevia and chlorophyll until smooth and creamy.

Add the ice and blend until frosty.

Taste for sweetness and add Stevia to boost the flavor and blend once more. If using, blend in a dropper-full of chlorophyll to enhance green color.

Enjoy immediately.
