This minty classic is better than the fast-food chain option because it's charmed to fortify your body with superfood nutrition. How lucky is that?!
INGREDIENTS⅓ cup Navitas Organics Cashew Nuts 3 large Medjool dates, pitted 2 Tbsp. sweetener of choice 1 cup unsweetened almond milk 1 scoop Navitas Organics Vanilla & Greens Essential Blend ¼ cup fresh mint leaves, packed ¼ tsp. mint extract 2 tsp. vanilla extract Pinch of sea salt 2 cups ice Liquid Stevia, to taste Liquid chlorophyll, for color (optional) |
DIRECTIONSBlend all ingredients except the ice, stevia and chlorophyll until smooth and creamy. Add the ice and blend until frosty. Taste for sweetness and add Stevia to boost the flavor and blend once more. If using, blend in a dropper-full of chlorophyll to enhance green color. Enjoy immediately. Makes 2 servings
