A jar of power seed nut butter made with Navitas Organics Hemp Seeds and Chia Seeds, alongside sliced apples.

Power Seed Butter Recipe

Why stop at just plain ol’ almond butter when you can have protein-packed hemp‚ chia and pumpkin seeds all at the same time? Enjoy this simple‚ powerful spread on bread, crackers or sliced fruit.

INGREDIENTS

1 Cup roasted unsalted Almonds
½ Cup Navitas Organics Hemp Seeds
⅔ Cup Pepitas
1 Tbsp Navitas Organics Chia Seeds
¼ tsp Sea Salt
2 Tbsp Grapeseed Oil

DIRECTIONS

Put the almonds into the bowl of a food processor and grind them into a flour, about 30 seconds. Add the remaining ingredients and blend about 10 to 12 minutes, stopping the machine and scraping down the sides as needed. This will transform the mixture into a very smooth, creamy blend with a nice sheen. (It may take an extra couple of minutes to get the mixture smooth enough. Just continue processing until the nut butter is loose and spreadable.) Store Power Seed Butter in a glass jar with a lid in the refrigerator and it will last for several months.
