Peanut Butter Maca Cookies Recipe
This recipe combines the charming, nostalgic flavor of a classic peanut butter cookie with a superfood boost from malty, adaptogenic maca.

DIRECTIONSPreheat oven to 350F. In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, maple syrup, milk, and vanilla extract. Use about one tablespoon of dough per cookie. Form small balls of dough and slightly flatten each cookie onto a parchment-lined baking sheet with a fork. Bake for 10-14 minutes. Once cookies are baked, let sit for 15 minutes to cool. Drizzle chocolate over cookies with a fork and finish off with a sprinkle of hemp seeds. Makes 6-8 cookies

- In a separate bowl, combine flour, maca powder and sea salt, and mix well.

- In a microwave-safe bowl, microwave chocolate in 15-minute intervals, stirring frequently until chocolate is smooth and melted through.
