Papaya Acai Fusion Bowl Recipe
A creamy, tropical fruit-filled smoothie bowl is already delicious, but when it's loaded with nutrient-rich superfoods and served in a fun coconut bowl, it makes it all that much better. Scoop it up!
In a high-speed blender, combine all smoothie ingredients except blueberries and acai, and blend until creamy and smooth.
Once desired texture is reached, scoop half the mixture into two Coconut Bowls.
Add the blueberries and acai to the blender with the remaining mixture and blend until a rich purple color is reached.
Add the remaining smoothie mixture to each bowl, top with dried fruit if desired, and enjoy!
